200 Miglia di Imola Revival 2013, a green-white-red cocktail.

The significant number of Italians participating on the fourth edition of the 200 Miglia di Imola Revival, that will take place in the Enzo and Dino Ferrari circuit next 19, 20 and 21 April, reflects the connection that links the glorious Italian motorcycling history to the present. A homage, that seemed necessary, paid to one of the best driving schools in the world which has been able to make its mark on time and to monopolize the world’s championships. Carlo Ubbiali, 83 years old, nine World titles, will be parading in Coppa d’Oro at the handlebars of a MV Agusta 350 two-cylinder, property of the team Associazione Otello Buscherini. We’ll be also seeing another Italian tricolor in the blue riband class, Remo Venturi (1966, Gilera four-cylinder), world vice champion in 1959 and 1960, just behind his teammate in the MV Agusta team, John Surtees. Fabrizio Pirovano (1983, Honda RS 500), Supersport World Series winner and Superbike second (1988 and 1990), is considered as one of the pioneers of this derived motorcycle championship. King of the European Championship in 1988 at the handlebars of an Aprilia 250, property of the Team Italia, Fausto Ricci (1983, Yamaha TZ 250) will find Imola track once again. For the 200 Miglia di Imola Revival we will find a lot of awarded pilots on the track: Silvano Bertarelli, Attilio Riondato, Fabio Biliotti, Maurizio Massimiani, Marcellino Lucchi, Leandro Becheroni, Marco Dall’Aglio and Gianfranco Bonera Many other important names of the Italian motorcycle racing will also be present to blow out the candles on the Enzo and Dino Ferrari circuit’s 60th anniversary at Imola.
